Employees State Insurance Corporation: At BlissMD Healthcare Solutions, all employees are covered under ESIC as per the provision of the law. Our employees are entitled to all the statutory benefits and privileges that are available under the 1948 ESIC Act. BlissMD Healthcare Solutions makes the appropriate ESIC deductions from all employees as well as making the appropriate company contributions.
As per the existing provisions of the Indian Gratuity Act. Every employee of BlissMD Healthcare solutions who completes minimum 5 years in the organization are eligible to receive Gratuity at the time of separation or retirement.
BlissMD Healthcare Solutions provided medical coverage as per the existing policy to all employees and their dependants.
